426 m² listed house in Neapoli, Exarcheia, with a building permit for 5 apartments

In Neapoli, Exarcheia, a listed 426 m² building on four levels is for sale on a 188 m² plot. It was built in 1924. It already has an approved building permit for five independent apartments. The approved design provides nine bedrooms, five living rooms, five kitchens and five bathrooms in total, which shortens the preparation of the project considerably. The building is currently derelict and needs full restoration. Its wooden windows, internal staircase and traditional architectural details give the basis for a high-quality restoration. It is close to Alexandras Avenue and Pedion Areos park, about 800 metres from a metro station, near the universities, the courts and the historic centre. Price: €580,000.
