Owning a property from abroad raises practical questions. Tell us what yours are, and we will tell you honestly what we can coordinate.
Greca House does not currently run an ongoing property-management operation. We are a brokerage, and we are open to developing ownership-support services where there is real demand and the right local partners. That is why this page exists: to hear from owners about what they actually need, and from operators who do this work well. Nothing here is a service with fixed pricing or guaranteed coverage. Everything is by arrangement, after a conversation.
These are the requests we hear most often from owners living outside Greece. We can discuss coordinating any of them; what is possible depends on the property, the location and the partners available there.
Periodic visits to confirm the property is secure, dry and undamaged, with photographs, after storms or over a long absence.
Finding and coordinating trades for a repair, and being present so the work can happen while you are not in the country.
Coordination with electricity, water, internet and building-management contacts, including the paperwork that arrives in Greek.
Support around finding or managing tenants, handovers and inventories, and the practicalities of an occupied property at a distance.
Getting a property ready to let, to sell or to be lived in again after a period closed up — cleaning, works, photography, access.
Being the local point of contact for professionals you appoint, and coordinating access, deliveries and appointments on your behalf.
Tell us where it is, what state it is in, and what you are finding difficult. We will say plainly whether we can help, whether we can introduce you to somebody who can, or whether we cannot — and we will not quote a service we are not set up to deliver.
We meet owners who need reliable local support and cannot find it. If you operate in Greece and do this work properly, we would like to talk about how we might work together.
Describe your property and what you need. We will answer with what is actually possible.
