We took every property for sale on grecahouse.com on 27 September 2026, 675 listings, and looked at what three budgets are asking for: €200,000 to €300,000 around €250k, €340,000 to €460,000 around €400k and €680,000 to €920,000 around €800k.
At €250k most of what is on offer is an Athens apartment of about 75 m². At €400k the median apartment is 112 m² and houses outside Athens come into range. At €800k houses (34) outnumber apartments (14), and the median house is 255 m².
97 listings. 73 were apartments, 70 of them in the Athens area. The median apartment was 75 m², with the middle half between 52 m² and 95 m², and 2 rooms. There were 14 houses (villas and townhouses), with a median of 135 m², most of them in Peloponnese (5) and Athens North (4). By region, the largest groups were Athens Center (44), Athens North (19), Peloponnese (7). The median home in this window was built in 1980.

82 listings. 38 were apartments, 36 of them in the Athens area. The median apartment was 112 m², with the middle half between 101 m² and 128 m², and 3 rooms. There were 30 houses (villas and townhouses), with a median of 200 m², most of them in Peloponnese (10) and Islands (8). By region, the largest groups were Athens North (28), Athens Center (20), Peloponnese (16). The median home in this window was built in 1992.
